Employed with firm since 2009.

Previously Employed with Levy Engineering as Office Manager for small/medium Engineering firm in Indianapolis.

Vickie has worked in the Engineering industry for 15 years.  She is responsible for all billing and the main point of contact for any billing issues. Has great relationships with clients and frequently assists Engineer with site surveys and other administrative duties when traveling.

 

Other responsibilities

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable
  • Administrator of all HR benefits and Company accounts
  • Administers all financial information to taxing authorities
  • Works with CPA for end of year financials
  • Negotiates leases/contracts for benefits, office equipment as well as office itself
  • Purchasing agent
  • Oversees all state registrations and industry specific memberships
