During our project with Compass on Washington, the first-floor office area presented challenges in ductwork routing due to low structural clearances. Our design team collaborated closely with the architect and contractor to determine the optimal duct sizing and layout, ensuring proper system performance. The space also features a beautifully designed common area for residents to enjoy. Design began in 2021, with the project opening in 2023.
