McCordsville Community Center
McCordsville, IN | This project transformed an old volunteer fire department building into a vibrant community center for all of McCordsville to enjoy.
Working closely with the client and architect, we assisted in designing a new entry and circulation desk to improve access and functionality for library visitors. The project also included the renovation of the existing restrooms with a new drinking fountain w/bottle filler. Designed in the summer of 2024, construction began in the fall of 2024 and was completed in the fall of 2025, resulting in an updated, more accessible library experience for the community.

Sellersburg, IN | The Tri-Township Fire Department project features a thoughtfully designed HVAC system, including two variable volume rooftop units (RTUs) with VAV boxes distributed throughout the main building to provide efficient zoning and occupant comfort.
