This municipal project for Washington Township highlights our ability to design a fully functional fire station while carefully adhering to strict budget constraints.
With a new Police station open in McCordsville the Town Hall could expand into the former Police Station portion of the building. This created new workspaces, break area and larger meeting rooms. The HVAC system was also upgraded to all new split systems that included new gas fired furnaces to assist in heating during the cold winters. The building also added a generator in case of a power outage.
