This project combined traditional homeless shelter accommodations, including bunks, shared restrooms, and day rooms, with a private family wing featuring individual rooms, private bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. The facility also includes a daycare/pre-school and adult education spaces. Our team designed the hot water system with seven tankless water heaters to provide continuous, demand-based hot water throughout the building. Design began in 2018, with the facility opening in 2020.
