Indianapolis, IN | This project involved retrofitting a former Family Video store into a fully functional veterinary clinic, complete with an X-ray and surgery suite.
The BluePearl Arden Hills location marked our first specialty veterinary hospital for this client. The facility required extensive coordination to support advanced medical functions, including large electrical distribution systems for specialty equipment such as CT imaging, as well as a backup generator for emergency operation.
The HVAC design was carefully tailored to meet the specific environmental needs of different areas within the hospital, ensuring proper temperature and ventilation control for both patients and staff. In addition, centralized medical gas and vacuum systems were integrated to support critical treatment and surgical functions
