This project involved retrofitting a former Family Video store into a fully functional veterinary clinic, complete with an X-ray and surgery suite. Converting the space from a retail environment to a medical facility required careful separation from existing building utilities and the design of new, larger systems to meet the unique demands of veterinary operations. The result is a modern, well-equipped clinic that provides comprehensive care while efficiently utilizing the repurposed space.
