Westfield, IN | Options Charter School provides the Westfield community with an alternative to traditional education.
The Four Day Ray Brewing project required careful coordination to ensure proper heating and cooling across multiple distinct areas—including the brewery, dining room, and kitchen—each with unique environmental needs. The open design concept added another layer of complexity, as the routing of ductwork and other engineering components needed to blend seamlessly with the architectural aesthetic.
In addition to the main brewery and restaurant spaces, the design team also incorporated a third-floor tenant space for future occupancy, ensuring flexibility and long-term functionality for the building.

Speedway, IN | With the open beam ceilings, incorporating the lighting and HVAC systems required a different approach to ensure they didn’t take away from the beauty of the old wood beam design of Big Woods.
Fishers, IN | This facility included a car detail area which required large tube heaters stretching across the top and bottom of the bay.
