Options Charter School provides the Westfield community with an alternative to traditional education. The building was designed for junior high through high education. It has a science lab which includes an explosion proof cabinet, natural gas for Bunsen Burners, dedicated exhaust and ventilation for the space.
We also designed an open gym space which is used for gym class but also lunch. Our client didn’t want the ductwork running across the room, so we utilized a high velocity jet diffuser to provide air across the space.
It was exciting to work with the school personnel to ensure we had the proper tools for them to educate.”
